Hi There,
Thank you for being here and making the space to start your 15 minutes to Relentless Self Care Practices. It really is a moment that should be celebrated.
If you are new here, you might be wondering, what is this?
Extraordinary the Ordinary is a space to make even the most mundane more meaningful – one choice at a time.
Ok, yea, but how does that work?
Well, it works by pulling together a slew of exercises to encourage us all to practice 15 minutes of relentless self care.
That sounds nice, but where do I begin.
Fantastic inquiry, I appreciate you asking.
1. I would recommend you familiarize yourself with the 15 minute relentless self care practice idea.
2. Then, I would suggestion taking a minute to learn more about my 5Ws, 1H that drive the intention and expectation of ExOr.
3. Finally, if you are still in it with me, I’d give you a massive stamina award, and then encourage you to try a 15 minute self care practice yourself, or at least find one that calls to you and put it on your hectic schedule for later on today.
No matter what you do, Start Here, today, right now if you are able. Then let’s connect about it.
Practice Pause: Sometimes taking a minute for yourself can bring up uncomfortable sensations and difficult emotions, if you find yourself in any distress, please reach out – to dear one, to a professional, to me.
I am not a mental health professional, by any means, but I have one myself and have compiled a Resource Library of Mental Health Matters. It may feel like it, but you are not alone and you deserve to heal hurts. Start today – if you are able.
Great job!
I am truly honored and delighted that you are here, today, having made it through my ramblings. I hope you find what I have to say uplifting or at the very least, a useful way to spend a few minutes of your precious time and energy.
This is new to me, so there will be bumps and bumbles along the way. Please be patient with me and grant me the grace that you wish for yourself.
Until we get to connect again – I wish you an extraordinarily ordinary day.
Take good care.
