After lots of thinking and trying, working and wobbling, I’ve found a way to blend my love of science-based health practices with my need to try writing about it all. 

So here it is – my first ever 5 week Burn. Build. Balance. Outdoor Fitness Program.

5 week Program

The outdoor group fitness classes will run rain-or-shine with Albert Hill being our primary meeting spot and the pavilion at Mary Munford being the icky weather location. 

Class will run consecutively for five weeks (Sunday, 5/01 through Sunday, 5/29) with room to tweak the schedule based on group consensus. 

There will be a celebration on Friday, 6/03, which includes a walking workout to a special spot of joy.

Please Note: Movers must pay for our own adult fun choices (read: food & beverages).

I’ve come to believe there is plenty in life that cannot be changed. All I can control is my practice of disciple to care for myself relentlessly and the connection I have to myself and others.

Classes will be offered on these days with videos online to supplement your weekly investment. Please let me know, which dates your busy calendar allows you to attend. This will be a collaborative process, if we get into this and folks prefer different dates/times, we'll see what we can do.
