If you’ve found your way to Burn. Build. Balance., I am most grateful & real excited.
There are all kinds of pressures and products out there telling us we should exercise more, eat healthier, reduce our stress, and sleep deeper, and yet, time remains precious and energy still finite.
I get that! That’s why BBB by ExOr is tool-oriented and full of celebration.
It still asks for a bit of space in your hectic day, and then it leaves you with –

Like all of Extraordinary the Ordinary, BBB acknowledges that life – especially for us midlifers – can be hard, and much of it is out of our control. BBB supports the few choices we do have to create and maintain an intentional and celebratory personal health program.

Full Disclosure: These BBB videos are not perfect. I’m clearly a novice at so many of the technical skills required to have a really sharp product. And yet, I am trying to focus on progress instead of perfection.
Obviously, I am hoping Burn. Build. Balance. is beneficial and worthy of your precious time and finite energy.
I also know these videos have flaws. I’m trying my hardest and getting better over time, which is what I am calling success – for now.
